Journal Sentinel, Inc. Announces Ken McNamee as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.


MILWAUKEE -- Journal Sentinel, Inc. today announced that Ken McNamee has been named Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective July 24. McNamee most recently served as Vice President, Compliance for Scripps Networks the cable programming division of EW Scripps Company. Scripps Networks, headquartered in Knoxville, Tennessee, produces HGTV HGTV Home and Garden Television , Food Network, and Fine Living channels, among others.

McNamee, a 30-year veteran of Scripps, has also served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for the Denver Newspaper Agency, representing the Rocky Mountain News The Rocky Mountain News is a daily morning tabloid-format newspaper published in Denver, Colorado. It is owned by the E. W. Scripps Company. (Despite Scripps still running the paper, it's the only newspaper in the Scripps family not to have the corporate lighthouse logo on  and Denver Post. The city is also the oldest incorporated municipality in South Florida. According to the University of Florida's 2006 estimates, the city had a population of 107,617. .

He will also work closely with the general manager of Journal Community Publishing Group (JCPG JCPG Journal Community Publishing Group ) as well the accounting staffs of the JCPG papers and Community Newspapers, Inc.
