Jostens, Inc. Announces the Extension of Tender Offer for Senior Subordinated Notes.


MINNEAPOLIS -- Jostens, Inc. (the "Company") announced today that it has extended the expiration date Expiration Date

The day on which an options or futures contract is no longer valid and, therefore, ceases to exist.

The expiration date for all listed stock options in the U.S.
 for the tender offer for its 12 3/4% Senior Subordinated Notes Due 2010 (the "Notes") to 5:00 p.m., New York City New York City: see New York, city.
