A Little Rock commercial property was used to help secure a $9.5 million financial package.

J.M. Products Inc., led by Michael Joshua St., obtained the seven-year loan from Bank of America in Charlotte, N.C.

The half-acre property at 2501 State St. was acquired for $65,000 in December 1986 from Little Rock's First Commercial Bank.
