Jones Lang LaSalle Jones Lang LaSalle (NYSE: JLL) is a major real estate and money management services firm headquartered in the Aon Center in Chicago, Illinois and the only company in its industry making it into Fortune magazine's list of the 100 Best Places to Work in the U.S.  has announced that five senior real estate professionals have joined the firm's New Jersey operations, and will open a new office in Metropark. The team, headed by executive vice presidents Paul E. Giannone and James D. Scanlon, two of the highest performing brokers in the state, comes to Jones Lang LaSalle from Newmark Knight Frank. The team also includes Paul A. Hindes, senior vice president; Kevin Carton, vice M. president; and Todd A. Elfand, leasing associate. A managing principal at his former firm, Giannone is a 24-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry. He has represented a prestigious roster of corporate and institutional clients in all facets of real estate negotiation.

Scanlon most recently served as managing principal and has specialized in representing corporate clients. In addition, Scanlon has represented an array of institutional investors of real estate. Formerly managing director with Newmark Knight Frank, Hindes, CPA (Computer Press Association, Landing, NJ) An earlier membership organization founded in 1983 that promoted excellence in computer journalism. Its annual awards honored outstanding examples in print, broadcast and electronic media. The CPA disbanded in 2000.  is a 22-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry. Prior to joining Newmark, Hindes was CFO See Chief Financial Officer.  and Leasing Director at the M. Alfieri Co. He now specializes in both owner and tenant representation. Also a former managing director, Carton is a 12-year commercial real estate veteran, specializing in the office sector. Elfand, a former associate, specializes in office leasing and strategic tenant representation.
