Fort Lee was an early center of the motion-picture industry. The 430 Mountain Avenue space is being overseen by Reilly and Brian Cass, leasing specialist. "We are pleased to be chosen to sublease these spaces for our clients," said Reilly. "Both companies are offering premium spaces in high quality New Jersey office buildings." Jones Lang LaSalle was tapped to sublease the entire 13-floor, 138,740 s/f 2100 North Central Road for an unnamed client. The Class A property comprises seven floors of office space above a six-level parking garage. It is located on North Central Road in Fort Lee adjacent to the George Washington Bridge and at the intersection of Routes 1, 9 and 46, Interstate 95 and the Palisades Interstate Parkway, making it one of the most visible office buildings in the New York region. The property forms part of the Palisades' signature skyline and offers sweeping views of the Manhattan skyline and the George Washington Bridge. Amenities at the building include locker rooms, a data center and the parking garage. Jones Lang LaSalle is also subleasing 10,317 s/f at the 184,588 s/f 430 Mountain Avenue for an unnamed client. The Class A building, also known as Mountain Heights Corporate Center, is located on Mountain Avenue in Murray Hill between South Street and Lackawanna Lackawanna, city, United StatesLackawanna (lăkəwä`nə), city (1990 pop. 20,585), Erie co., W N.Y., on Lake Erie; inc. 1909. Formerly a major steel-making center, Lackawanna experienced the rapid and total decline of its foremost industry in the 1970s and 80s. Abrasives, chemicals, and concrete are produced there. Boulevard. The space encompasses a portion of the fourth floor of the building. Other tenants in the vicinity include Lucent Technologies and Lexis-Nexis. |
