A sublease may be prohibited by the original lease, or require written permission from the owner.  space at One Seaport Plaza.

The combined brokerage firm, which has since consolidated its New York-based home office groups into One New York Plaza One New York Plaza is an office building in New York City, built in 1969, and is located at the intersection of South and Whitehall Streets (). It is the southernmost of all Manhattan skyscrapers. , now operates under the Wachovia Securities brand.

The One Seaport Plaza facility, also known as 199 Water Street, is owned by Jack Resnick & Sons Inc.

"This is an outstanding property that holds significant opportunity for tenants seeking Class A space in Lower Manhattan," said Riguardi.

"Jones Lang LaSalle has leased more than 600,000 square feet of space Downtown during the past year, and One Sea port Plaza has all the assets desired by leading tenants."

The Jones Lang LaSalle team will sublease all of Wachovia's space at One Seaport Plaza, which comprises the top portion of the property. The top-floor space at One Seaport Plaza offers spectacular views of the East River.
