Jones Lang LaSalle report says lodging sector now a sellers market.


Jones Lang LaSalle Jones Lang LaSalle (NYSE: JLL) is a major real estate and money management services firm headquartered in the Aon Center in Chicago, Illinois and the only company in its industry making it into Fortune magazine's list of the 100 Best Places to Work in the U.S.  Hotels announced that the firm has launched its U.S. Select Service Hotel Investor Survey, the first survey focusing on this segment of the hotel industry.

The survey reports that the ratio of four buyers to one seller is a result of the continued confidence in the lodging market coupled with the attractive long term debt and equity financing Equity Financing
