The team, headed by executive vice presidents Paul E. Giannone and James D. Scanlon, two of the highest performing brokers in the state, comes to Jones Lang LaSalle from Newmark Knight Frank. The team also includes Paul A. Hindes, senior vice president Kevin M. Carton, vice president; and Todd A. Elfand, leasing associate. A managing principal at his former firm, Giannone is a 24-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry.
