Jones Day Welcomes Capital Markets Partner Alex Gendzier.

 -- Capital markets lawyer Alex Gendzier has joined the New York office of international law firm Jones Day as a partner.

Mr. Gendzier has represented investment banks, private equity portfolio companies and other issuers in a broad range of securities transactions. These transactions have included registered offerings, PIPEs and other private placements of equity, equity-linked, high yield and investment grade securities and tender offers, debt repurchases, consent solicitations and exchange offers. He has worked with middle market companies, private equity firms and multinational corporations from a wide range of industries, including aerospace, airlines, automotive, banking and finance, biotechnology, consumer products, healthcare, insurance and reinsurance The contract made between an insurance company and a third party to protect the insurance company from losses.
