Delco Electronics Corporation was the automotive electronics design and manufacturing subsidiary of General Motors.

The new joint venture will be called the Shanghai Delco Electronics & Instrumentation Co. Ltd. (SDE SDE - Software Development Environment: equivalent to SEE. ).
