Joint marketing agreement creates new membership benefits. (Membership).

 Association (www.kiosks.org), Louisville, Ken- tucky, have agreed on a joint marketing initiative that enables the two associations to work more closely on promotional activities. The agreement creates new benefits for each association's members, including reciprocal Bilateral; two-sided; mutual; interchanged.

Reciprocal obligations are duties owed by one individual to another and vice versa. A reciprocal contract is one in which the parties enter into mutual agreements.
