Serving on a state committee will give you the opportunity to work with other professionals on projects that increase the technical knowledge of our members, enhance the image of the profession and influence the formation of regulations and legislation affecting the profession. CalCPA has more than two dozen state committees to choose from, including taxation, governmental accounting and auditing, personal financial planning, technology, management consulting services and more. Membership on each committee is balanced to ensure representation by geography, experience and expertise.
