Lieberman joined the North Miami campus team after years at Purdue University Purdue University (pərdy`, -d`), main campus at West Lafayette, Ind. , where she taught Hospitality Management courses. With a long list of publications and presentations to her credit, Lieberman has already propelled the J&W Florida Hospitality Department into the top ranks of education. In her role at Johnson & Wales University, Lieberman oversees all hospitality majors and serves as the instrumental link between faculty and students. Lieberman's professional associations include a current term as the Florida chapter president for the Council of Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Educators (CHRIE), and intense involvement in the National Restaurant Association, National Association for Study Abroad, and the American Dietetic Association The American Dietetic Association (ADA) is the United States' largest organization of food and nutrition professionals, with nearly 65,000 members. Approximately 75 % of ADA's members are registered dietitians and about 4 % are dietetic technicians, registered. .
