Johnigan cited for FLS volunteer activities.


Sandra K. Johnigan received the 2004 Forensic & Litigation An action brought in court to enforce a particular right. The act or process of bringing a lawsuit in and of itself; a judicial contest; any dispute.

When a person begins a civil lawsuit, the person enters into a process called litigation.

The award acknowledges the contributions of Institute committee, subcommittee and task force members who have advanced the forensic accounting Forensic accounting, sometimes called investigative accounting, involves the application of accounting concepts and techniques to legal problems. Forensic accountants investigate and document financial Fraud and white-collar crimes  or litigation services practice areas for CPAs.

Johnigan is a member of the AICPA council and the Business Valuation and Forensic & Litigation Services Executive Committee as well as past chairperson of the Institute's Forensic & Litigation Services Committee, Savings and Loan savings and loan n. a banking and lending institution, chartered either by a state or the Federal government.
