John Pavone retiring after 31-year career with Resnick.Long-time Jack Resnick & Sons executive John T. Pavone is retiring. Pavone, who has spent the last 31 years of a distinguished four-decade career in real estate working for the Resnick family, will officially retire on December 31. He leaves with the distinction of having been involved in every Resnick commercial venture since the mid-1970's, including the acquisition of 485 Madison Avenue Madison Avenue, celebrated street of Manhattan, borough of New York City. He has also managed and leased, at one time or another, most of the other Resnick commercial properties. "For all of his extraordinary talents and expertise, I think we're going to miss John most as a quality person and a consummate professional," stated Scott Resnick, president of Jack Resnick & Sons.
