, reported today that net investment income was $2,895,908 for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2003. For the comparable period in 2002, net investment income was $2,279,664.

As of December 31, 2003 the net asset value per share was $21.55 with total net assets of $260,597,977(a) and 8,102,295 shares outstanding. Comparable figures for December 31, 2002 reflect a net asset value per share of $21.21, total net assets of $170,003,563 and 8,015,867 shares outstanding.
