In ancient Greece, an aristocratic banquet at which men met to discuss philosophical and political issues and recite poetry. It began as a warrior feast. Rooms were designed specifically for the proceedings.
 Award for "Outstanding Contributions" to the Midwest Symposium on Therapeutic Recreation (TR) and Adapted Physical Activity from Gerald Hitzhusen. Chambers has presented, attended and supported the Midwest Symposium on TR and Adapted Physical Activity for many years. He is also a former National Wheelchair Basketball Wheelchair basketball is a sport played primarily by people with disabilities. In some countries such as Canada, Australia and England, able-bodied athletes are allowed to compete alongside other athletes on mixed teams.  Champion (6 times), and highly involved in the National Institute on Recreation Inclusion.
