Hypercom Corp., a provider of electronic payment systems, promoted John Arato to the position of senior vice president of sales and marketing for Golden Eagle Leasing, Hypercom's wholly owned micro-ticket Leasing subsidiary. Arato has been at Golden Eagle since 1994, when he joined the firm after seven years at American Express as director of national account sales in the transaction services group.
