The first section of the workbook has exercises which match the client's specific skills to various job level requirements, and identifies those jobs offering the greatest probability of employment, and those strategies most effective in the job search. The second part of the workbook contains 18 blank forms for clients to fill out with the counselor to help organize job-relevant information aiding the job search. This form helps the client to select the three most appropriate jobs fitting his or her employment credentials CREDENTIALS, international law. Finally, the Job Analysis and Job Accommodation Form goes beyond the usual "physical capacities" and "job tasks" to include "working conditions" and "personal characteristics." This helps determine whether the job is "appropriate, appropriate with modifications, or inappropriate," and also provides space to note which accommodations may be required and those which would actually be available. |
