Over the years, she has provided the Defense Department with many products for the Army and Air Force. She serves as a member of NDIA's Board of Directors and on the Executive Committee of the Small Business Division. The Sridhar Award is named for Dr. Kathleen P. She was recognized for her performance as a business executive and her support of defense-related small businesses while battling cancer.
