Jim Sinkinson voted into NEPA Hall of Fame, Barbara Kaplowitz named Volunteer of the Year.


James Sinkinson, publisher, Emeryville, Calif.-based Infocom Group, was inducted into the NEPA Hall of Fame at a luncheon in which his popularity in the association was underscored by not one but two standing ovations. Moisture filled his eyes.

In addition to publishing seven newsletters in the fields of public relations public relations, activities and policies used to create public interest in a person, idea, product, institution, or business establishment. By its nature, public relations is devoted to serving particular interests by presenting them to the public in the most  (including Western and Eastern editions of the $439/year Bulldog bulldog, breed of thick-set nonsporting dog developed in the British Isles many centuries ago. It stands from 13 to 15 in. On top of that--and a principal criterion for being voted into the Hall of Fame--he has served NEPA in innumerable positions, including a frequent conference speaker on direct marketing, member of the board of directors from 1987 to 1996, and president in 1993-94. He has also single-handedly held together the NEPA Northern California Northern California, sometimes referred to as NorCal, is the northern portion of the U.S. state of California. The region contains the San Francisco Bay Area, the state capital, Sacramento; as well as the substantial natural beauty of the redwood forests, the northern  chapter.
