In some territories it was called Deputy District Superintendent of Police (DDSP). , Killeen, Texas Killeen is a city in Bell County, Texas, United States. As of the 2005 census estimate, the city had a total population of 100,233. It is a "principal city" of the Killeen-Temple-Fort Hood metropolitan area.
