 Co. announced the completion of three leases at 29 West 30th Street, totaling 16,150 s/f.

Winoker brokers, Barry Bernstein, senior managing director and Arnold Shlansky, director, represented the three tenants--Great L and H Trading, GT/Canicas Gems See Legato. See also GEMMS. , and Unica Accessories in their transactions. The building is owned by 29 West Thirty L.L.C.
