The deal will concentrate on implementing in China advanced Israeli technologies in the fields of media and interactive advertising, developed by Israeli companies The top 10 Israeli companies by sales are[1]:
  1. Teva Pharmaceutical Industries, Ltd., $4.8 billion
  2. Oil Refineries Ltd (BAZAN), $4.4 billion
  3. Israel Electric Corporation, $3.4 billion
  4. Israel Chemicals, $2.
 with which JCS has ongoing business relations.

SWG is one of the largest businesses in Hong Kong Hong Kong (hŏng kŏng), Mandarin Xianggang, special administrative region of China, formerly a British crown colony (2005 est. pop. 6,899,000), land area 422 sq mi (1,092 sq km), adjacent to Guangdong prov. , China and all of Asia, with a yearly turnover of over U.S.$5 billion. SWG entered the media field three years ago via Sun Wah Media Group, which is involved mainly in movie and TV serial production and distribution, movie house operation, importing and distributing movies to China, book publishing, and running the Chinese entertainment site Mandarinnet.com.

JCS Group began its penetration of the Chinese communication and cellular market in 2004. At that time, cellular content company Chooz, owned by JCS, signed a cooperation agreement with a Chinese company interested in the localization Customizing software and documentation for a particular country. It includes the translation of menus and messages into the native spoken language as well as changes in the user interface to accommodate different alphabets and culture. Shortly after, JCS won a Chinese postproduction tender and provided Shenzhen TV--one of Chinas leading TV networks--with branding and full screen design for its satellite channel. JCS is now supplying creative services via JCS Post Production. JCS will take part in the branding and packaging of Shenzen TV.
