Barrett Companies has completed construction of 100 Summit Place, the first project building at the 50-acre Greenville Yards industrial redevelopment in Jersey City, N.J. Summit Import Corporation relocated to the 120,000-square-foot refrigerated re·frig·er·ate

Barrett Companies, designated developer for Greenville Yards, will break ground soon on the second, fully-approved building at the property. Located at Port Jersey, between Route 169 and the Hudson River Hudson River

"Greenville Yards' tenants will benefit from its prime location just minutes from Manhattan and Newark International Airport, and proximity to a major fiber optics fiber optics, transmission of digitized messages or information by light pulses along hair-thin glass fibers. Each fiber is surrounded by a cladding having a high index of refractance so that the light is internally reflected and travels the length of the fiber  junction.
