Jerry Kasner.Jerry Kasner, a longtime author, instructor and speaker for the California CPA Education Foundation, died Oct. 21 after a long illness. He was 71. A CPA and professor emeritus of law at Santa Clara University, Kasner taught continuing education classes for the Education Foundation for more than 25 years. Earlier this year, Kasner received the 2004 Lifetime Achievement Award from the California CPA Education Foundation and received its Award for Meritorious Service in 1985. |
