 honored with the Enrique Romero Enrique Fernández Romero, or Romero, is a football player from Jerez de la Frontera, Spain. He plays as a left sided defender. Romero currently is a free agent having finished his contract at Real Betis.  Brest Award during the PanAmerican Congress on Physical Education and Recreation in Caracas, Venezuela, on July 20, 2001. This award was named for Senor Brest, who was the pioneer in physical education and recreation in Argentina and an innovator throughout South and Central America Central America, narrow, southernmost region (c.202,200 sq mi/523,698 sq km) of North America, linked to South America at Colombia. It separates the Caribbean from the Pacific. . Hitzhusen received this honor for his long-time professional work in developing The International Symposium on Therapeutic Recreation, editing global therapeutic publications, and his pioneering work in therapeutic recreation around the world.
