Pat Meneely will take on the role of Senior Vice President of Technology and Chief Information Officer, responsible for building a global information technology infrastructure to support Jeitosa's worldwide network of transnational business and technology consultants.

Recognized by Personnel Magazine as one of the most innovative Human Resource executives in America, he has done work for such industry giants as Gulf Oil, Chevron, and ADP. At ADP Mr. Stright was responsible for the firm's management consulting services in the United States and Europe. He has published more than 50 works in the fields of management, human resources, and information technology and is a contributing editor to Human Capital Magazine and the IHRIM Journal.

A career professional with over 30 years of experience across a wide range of industries, Mr. Meneely has been an executive in a variety of manufacturing and consulting organizations and has extensive experience evaluating, facilitating and implementing effective IT and BPO outsourcing engagements. He was a consulting practice leader for Europe in the United Kingdom, Belgium, Germany, and France and has also managed extensive business interactions in India. A business process expert with a broad range of experience in management, information technology, and human resources, Mr. Meneely is known for building corporate capability, developing "businesses within businesses," and focusing on products, costs, and on-time delivery performance.
