Frank H. Roland has been elected president and chief executive officer of RBX Corp. Roland will also become a member of the board of directors. Roland, the former president of Halstead Industries, joined RBX at the beginning of 1995 when the rubber and plastics business of Halstead was acquired by RBX and merged into the business activities of Rubatex.
