Richard Simmons (born Milton Teagle Richard Simmons July 12, 1948) is a fitness expert who promotes weight-loss programs, most famously through a line of aerobics videos and
 & Friends, Dr. Joy Brown's Newsletter, Tax Hotline, and Executive Strategies.

He was also on the start-up team of Bottom Line, helping take that newsletter from 5,000 to 150,000 subscribers.
