Jean K. (Lukaitis) Wakefield 87.WORCESTER Jean K. (Lukaitis) Wakefield, 87, of Worcester and Florida, died peacefully April 28, 2009 at her daughters home in Maitland Florida. Her husband, Douglas C. Wakefield, died December 26, 1978.Jean is survived by her loving family: a son, Douglas A. Wakefield and his wife Joann of Worcester, and a daughter Elaine A. Iannelli of Florida, with whom she was living with; five grandchildren: Linda Reyes and her husband Sidney, Laura Wade Laura Wade is a British playwright. She was born on 16 October 1977 in Bedford, England. She grew up in Sheffield. Wade studied Drama at Bristol University and was later a member of the Royal Court Theatre Young Writers’ Programme. and her husband Randy, and Mark Iannelli all of Florida, Kevin Burke Kevin Burke is an Irish fiddler. He was born in London to parents from County Sligo in 1950. He took up the fiddle at age eight, eventually acquiring a virtuosic technique in the Sligo fiddling style. of Worcester, and Ryan Burke of Falmouth; and a great- granddaughter, Cynthia Weiss-Wade. A sister, Anna G Stenberg, predeceased her. Jean was born in Worcester, daughter of the late Anthony and Kunagunda (Didinas) Lukaitis and lived here all her life. She was a graduate of Commerce High School. Jean worked at Barnards Department Store as a Sales Women for many years before she retired. She was a long time member of St. Stephen's Parish Established in 1903, St. Stephen's Parish Pro-Cathedral (SSP) is the oldest Chinese church in the Philippines. The church is situated in the Binondo district of Manila, right beside St. Stephen's High School. SSP has 2 worship services every Sunday - 7:00 AM and 9:45 AM. . Jean enjoyed watching football, and Nascar racing The NASCAR Racing series of video games, developed by Papyrus, started in 1994 and ended with the release of NASCAR Racing 2003 Season in 2003. Later NASCAR games were released by Electronic Arts, who took over the official sport license. , but most of all being with her children and grandchildren. She will be missed dearly by her family and friends.
