Jay Jones Joins KANA as Chief Administrative Officer; New CAO to Foster Business Process Excellence, Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance at Multi-Channel Customer Service Leader.

Mr. Jones has over 20 years experience in leading software companies' business operations. He has spent the last 12 years of his career at VERITAS Software Corporation, including tenure at OpenVision, which merged with VERITAS in 1996, and Symantec, which acquired VERITAS in 2005.
