Jasinski Joins Conseco Capital Management as Vice President, Manager of High-Yield Trading.

) announced today that R. Anthony Jasinski Jr. has joined the firm as vice president and manager of high-yield trading. Jasinski also will assist in the management of CCM's institutional, mutual fund, and affiliated high-yield portfolios which encompass more than $4.2 billion in assets. He will report to Eric Todd, vice president and director of high-yield and structured products.

Prior to joining CCM, Jasinski was managing director of fixed-income and high-yield investments at PPM America, Inc. During his 12-year career, he also has served as vice president of fixed-income investments at Scudder Kemper Investments, Inc. where he directed high-yield and high-grade bond High-grade bond

 trading. As vice president of corporate finance at Libra Investments, Inc., Jasinski was responsible for public and private high-yield debt transactions and advised middle-market companies on acquisitions, divestitures and financial restructurings.

Early in his career, he worked at Salomon Brothers, Inc. as a financial analyst in mergers, acquisitions and leveraged finance, specializing in high-yield debt transactions. He began his career at in the merchant banking department of Continental Bank, N.A. where he worked as a financial analyst focusing on equity investment and debt lending in highly leveraged transactions.
