Stavola Realty Company is the owner of this facility which is located at 44 Gilbert Street in Tinton Falls, N.J. The comprehensive renovation of 44 Gilbert-St. included an upgraded parking lot and grounds which feature a new free-standing signage, Belgian block 1. A nearly cubical block of some tough stone, esp. granite, used as a material for street pavements. Its usual diameter is 5 to 7 inches. curves and extensive landscaping. The building renovation included a new facade, upgrades to all common areas, new windows, new roof and new upgraded HVAC (Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning) In the home or small office with a handful of computers, HVAC is more for human comfort than the machines.
