Jarmel Kizel architects forms new land planning subsidiary.

Jarmel Kizel Architects & Engineers, Inc. has announced the formation of a new subsidiary, Jarmel Kizel Witczak Land Planning and Design, LLC.

The firm is the result of a partnership with Charles J. Witczak III, PE, PP, PLS and it will offer civil engineering and related design and consultation services, which are specifically formatted to assist developers and end users in developing land entitlement strategies for obtaining site plan approvals.

Witczak, a former partner and 10-year veteran with Schoor DePalma, is a licensed professional engineer, planner and land surveyor. He has extensive experience in the preparation of site plan documents and is qualified as an expert witness before municipal planning and zoning boards. Additionally, Witczak has extensive experience in working with the NJDEP, NJDOT, CAFRA, Pinelands, Highlands, and other agency regulations.

Matthew B. Jarmel, AIA, MBA, principal of Jarmel Kizel, stated, "Over the past several years, Jarmel Kizel has been building its structural and civil engineering groups.
