Japanese news giant joins media crowd at 747 Third Avenue.


Sage Group Associates announced that the Japanese media The communications media of Japan include numerous television and radio networks as well as newspapers and magazines. "The Yomiuri Shimbun is a terrific tenant and we were very happy to be able to accommodate their news business here at 747 Third Avenue," said Sage Group Associates managing director Michael Lenchner, who along with managing director Greg Gang represented the landlord in the transaction.
