The 304-room inn, to be called Hotel Nikko at Beverly Hills, is expected to be completed in the fall of 1991. The project's development partners include Kawasaki Enterprises Inc., which is the U.S. financing and investment arm of Japanese steel giant Kawasaki Steel; Japan Airlines; The Nakash Family Interests of New York New York, state, United States New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of , owners of jeans-making concern Jordache Enterprises Inc.; and Garden Homes Development.
