Japan Patent for Cyclosporin Brain-Protection Granted to Maas BiolAB.

 announced that the Japan Patent Office has granted patent number 3643380. The Maas Japan patent is for Cyclosporin Neuroprotection treating the gamut of neurological diseases. Cyclosporin has been shown to be a powerful and effective neuroprotectant in preclinical models of neurological diseases from traumatic brain injury Traumatic brain injury (TBI), traumatic injuries to the brain, also called intracranial injury, or simply head injury, occurs when a sudden trauma causes brain damage.
