Japan's top tire maker had filed a complaint in January January: see month. after Shandong Chengshan had ignored repeated requests last November November: see month. to cease production of two types of radial radial /ra·di·al/ (ra´de-al)1. pertaining to the radius of the arm or to the radial (lateral) aspect of the arm as opposed to the ulnar (medial) aspect; pertaining to a radius. 2. tires for trucks and buses for which it had previously obtained a patent. Under the settlement, Shandong Chengshan agreed to cease production and sale of the two tire models and modify the products' molds. |
