) has appointed James F. Woods, Jr. as Vice President and Director of Consultant Relations with JanusINTECH Institutional Asset Management. Woods, who is based in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania area, will report to Carolyn Patton, CFA (Computer Fraud and Abuse Act of 1986) Signed into law in 1986, the CFA was a significant step forward in criminalizing unauthorized access to computer systems and networks. The Act applies to "federal interest computers" that include any system used by the U.S. , Vice President, Managing Director and Global Head of Consultant Relations with JanusINTECH Institutional Asset Management.

"Jim will be an excellent addition to our team," said Patton. "We're confident that his breadth of knowledge and experience will serve institutional consultants well."

In his new role, Woods will provide manager research professionals and field consultants with guidance on the JanusINTECH Institutional products. He will also serve as an internal resource for institutional sales, portfolio management and client service professionals, facilitating their interactions with the institutional consultant community.

Woods has over 26 years of industry experience, including positions with SEI Corporation SEI Investments Company (SEIC traded on NASDAQ) is a consulting software corporation founded by current CEO Alfred West (also known as Al West). The company has grown from a small business to an international firm. Headquarters are in Oaks, Pennsylvania.
