James D'Agostino.

International construction management giant Lehrer McGovern Bovis, Inc. (LMB), has named James D'Agostino (photo), president and chief operating officer.

In his 12 years with L M B, D'Agostino has had numerous noteworthy achievements and has been responsible for managing some of the firm's most important projects. LMB's Princeton office built the New Jersey State Aquarium in Camden, which recently opened to the public. Other important projects include the historic restoration at the New Jersey Statehouse in Trenton and a $450 million expansion program now underway at Rutgers University.

D'Agostino was also responsible for creating LMB's Technic Division, which serves the pharmaceutical, food and beverage, research and development, and biotechnology industries, for such national clients as Merck & Company, and American Cyanamid and Sandoz Pharmaceuticals.

In addition to being named president and COO of LMB, D'Agostino has been elected to the board of directors of Bovis, Inc., the U.S. holding company of P&O's London-based Bovis Construction Group.

Active in a number of national professional organizations, D'Agostino is a member of the Association of Physical Plant Administrators, International Society of Pharmaceutical Engineers, Junior Achievement, NAIOP, and the Society for College and University Planning. He attended Ohio University.
