James Clayton Named Vice President and General Manager of KOMO TV.


SEATTLE -- Fisher Communications, Inc. (Nasdaq:FSCI FSCI Functionally Specified, Complex Information (intelligent design)

) announced that effective July 17, 2006, James Clayton will assume the position of Vice President and General Manager of KOMO Komo Kommodore (German Squadron Commander)  TV in Seattle, and will also have responsibility for KWOG TV, the pending Seattle station acquisition that will become a Univision affiliate.

Clayton has over thirty years of experience in the broadcast industry, most recently as Vice President and General Manager of Fox Television stations The Fox Television Stations (FTS) are a group of television stations located throughout the United States which are owned-and-operated by the Fox Broadcasting Company.
