Jaguar bowl them over! FOOTBALL: League's top two sides serve up a thrilling Colwyn Villa final: COVENTRY DISTRICT.

COVENTRY JAGUAR claimed the Colwyn Villa Bowl with a thrilling 3-2 victory against Peugeot Hills.

The duel between the two teams setting the Premier One pace proved as tight as anticipated, Michael Tweedie, Craig Martin and Carl Welland just getting the drop on Scott Rose (penalty) and Andrew Perry as Peugeot had a late equaliser disallowed for a foul on the goalkeeper.

London Road Social clawed their way four points clear of the top- flight drop zone when they edged out Canley Sports 3-2 while Copsewood strengthened their position at the head of Premier Two when they downed Woods United 3-1.

Senior One leaders Copsewood Bulls Head, however, were held to a 3-3 draw by Wallace as Albany Club's relegation woes deepened with a 3-0 reverse against Gatehouse Tavern's Ross Wimbush, Danny Smith (penalty) and Chewi Jardim.

Maudslay Reserves jumped above Keresley RFC into third place in Senior Two with a 5-2 win at Cherry Tree Athletic, home goals from Sean Lally and Calvin Devoicy seclipsed by Cunningham (2), Kubiaki, Ayeil and Vickers for Maudslay Reserves.

Chris Bunn, Kyle McAteer, Richard Taylor were the heroes as Chapelfields felled Senior Three pacesetters Phantom 3-2 despite strikes from Dave Gibbins and Martin Fletcher.

Senior Four leaders Canley Sports trounced bottom markers Coventry Convoy 6-1 while second-placed Biggin Hall saw off Wyken Athletic 4-2 - Dave Williams,Charlie Healey and Muzzy Udnon sharing the goals.

A Kevin Brewster hat trick secured Coventry New Inn's exciting 3-2 verdict against Intermediate Two hosts Folly Lane Reserves (Mike Milne, Daniel Yerbury).

Premier One: Canley Sports 2 (Andy Peters, Steve Batch) London Road Social 3.

Premier Two: Copsewood Sports 3 Woods United 1, Hearsall Inn 2 Stoke Heath Rangers 5.

Senior One: Caludon 0 Bulkington Sports 4, Copsewood Bulls Head 3 Wallace 3, Gatehouse Tavern 3 (Ross Wimbush, Danny Smith penalty, Chewi Jardim Albany Club 0, Sporting Craftsman 1 (Will Little) Aardvark 0.

Senior Two: Cherry Tree Athletic 2 (Sean Laley, Calvin Devoicey) Maudslay Reserves 5 (Cunningham 2, Kubiaki, Ayeil, Vickers), Old Ball 2 Westwood Sporting 2 (Lee Baker 2).
