(SMI) is a Sports Media and Marketing company that produces radio and television programming as well as representing professional athletes. 2002 Cowboys Live - Hosted by Dallas Cowboys Joey Galloway and Entertainment Group, Inc. ("Premier") from the shareholders thereof in exchange for 1,000,000 shares of Jaguar's common stock. After giving effect to such issuance, Jaguar has 12,410,000 shares of common stock outstanding. In connection with the acquisition, Mr. Gregory Ricca was elected as a director and the Chief Executive Officer of Jaguar, and Mr. Ian Rice Ian Rice was a former Melbourne Lord Mayor.
