The primary measurement used to determine the IBM award recipients was outstanding customer satisfaction. According to IBM, Jade has consistently provided a high level of technical support and professional services and achieved a superior customer satisfaction score of greater than 95%. Other measurements considered were First Time Fix Rate - of which Jade scored above 90% - and Minimal Parts Used, for which Jade's usage was calculated at less than 1.1 parts used per fix.
