Jacqueline D. (Lupien) Buck, 74.
Jacquie's husband of 30 years, Robert A. Buck passed away in 1987. She is survived by her devoted children, Laurie A. Murphy with whom she lived, Leslie M. Ferguson, and her husband Michael of Rodanthe N. Carolina, Christopher L. Buck and his wife Gina of Edgewater, Florida, and Clifford P. Buck of Tennessee; four grandchildren, Christian, Caitlin, Sean, and Zachary; nieces, nephews and cousins. Jacquie was born in Worcester, daughter of the Late Roland and Anita (Metivier) Lupien. She graduated from Ascension High and earned her degree in teaching from Worcester State College. She lived in Worcester until 1987, when she moved to Melbourne Florida for 12 years before returning to Worcester.
Jacquie worked as a teacher for the Melbourne Central Catholic High. She previously taught at North High School and West Boylston Public Schools before retiring.
She was a member and Choir Director of St Stephen's Church and a member of the Massachusetts Teachers Association. She enjoyed playing cards, movies, current events and loved being on Cape Cod.
The funeral will be held Tuesday, September 18th from the MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation St. with a Mass at 11:00 a.m. in St Stephen's Church, 357 Grafton St. Burial will be at a later date next to her husband in The Veterans Cemetery at Ft. Devens. Friends and relatives are invited to visit with the family from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday, September 17th in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Stephen's School, 357 Grafton St. Worcester 01604.
