Jacqueline Cookerly Aguilera is a Labor and Employment partner in Bingham McCutchen's Los Angeles office. She represents management clients in negotiations and litigation involving all areas of employment law, including harassment, discrimination, whistleblowing, wage and hour, defamation, wrongful termination, uninsurable workers' compensation claims and tenant-related disputes. She defends and prosecutes business disputes, including trade secret, unfair competition and misappropriation claims.

Aguilera is also active in the firm's commitment to pro bono activities. She serves as a team leader in the firm's mentoring program and is committed to mentoring women in the practice of law.
