The Design and Engineering Support Program (DESP DESP Despacho (Order, Brazil) DESP Design Engineering Support Program (USAF contract) DESP Data Element Standardization Program DESP Deployment Environmental Surveillance Program II), established primarily for use by the Air Force Materiel Command  Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC) is a major command of the United States Air Force. , is also available to all other Air Force Commands, Department of Defense agencies, and government entities having similar systems and needs. As a DESP II prime contractor, Jacobs is one of ten companies approved to compete for work through this contract, which has a ceiling of $1.9 billion over a 7-year performance period. The Jacobs DESP II team includes 23 large business, small business, and academic partners offering a wide range of expertise.
