A specialist in organizational change management, Roger Barney is an expert at gaining consensus, developing plans to effectively bring about the desired change, and providing guidance to maintain focus on achieving required business results. Most recently, he was Principal Consultant with Valerie Frederickson & Company. Earlier in his career he served as SVP Corporate Services at Borland Software with responsibility for HR, facilities and real estate, IT and administration. He also served as SVP Corporate Services for Network Equipment Technologies (now net.com) and several other large companies in major HR roles. Mr. Barney is on the Board of HOPE Services and EMQ Children & Family Services.

Most recently Lucinda Rockwell was Vice President Human Resources for InFocus Corporation, ranked one of the top companies to work for in Oregon. Noted for establishing HR systems and processes for the company as the employee population doubled and the organization's complexity greatly increased in Europe and Asia, she also designed executive pay and equity plans. Prior to InFocus Corporation, Ms. Rockwell worked for a number of companies in senior HR roles including Cray Research where she effectively and efficiently redesigned all compensation and benefits programs.

An expert in organizational consulting, executive coaching and change leadership Marcia Ruben has for more than 25 years helped individuals, teams and companies excel by focusing on the human and organizational system issues that impact performance and growth. Ms. Ruben is the founder of Ruben Consulting Group, Ltd., and her career includes serving as Senior Account Executive in an international consulting and training firm, and VP of two management-consulting firms. Ms. Ruben is noted for guiding leaders and teams in complex, global corporations and crafting comprehensive, custom solutions. She speaks regularly at industry conferences on leadership and change topics and has co-authored several articles.

Richard Mirabile's professional expertise include executive and leadership development, high performance teaming, organization and culture change, executive coaching and succession planning. He has worked with such noted companies as Hewlett Packard, Apple Computer, Sybase, Motorola, Blue Shield, Bank of America, Levi Strauss, PG&E, SBC, Rockwell, AT&T, and Hitachi Data Systems. Mr. Mirabile founded Success Factor Systems, Inc., a privately held, Human Resources enterprise software company in California. He was Assistant Professor at Purdue University, an adjunct faculty member at the University of Texas at Austin, as well as the California School of Professional Psychology and John F. Kennedy University.
