Source Food Technology, Inc., a privately held food ingredient company specializing in nutritionally advanced cooking oils, today announced that Jack M. Greenberg, former Chairman and CEO of McDonald's Corporation, will join its Board of Directors. Mr. Greenberg spent more than 21 years at McDonald's, joining the company in 1982 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Greenberg subsequently held positions of increasing responsibility before being named Chairman and CEO of McDonald's Corporation, including President of McDonald's Corporation, and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of McDonald's USA.
